Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring front desk daily tasks are completed which includes but is not limited to:
patient intake information, eligibility, referrals, lab cases, verifications, patient financials and patient communication.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Assist with scheduling patients, verifying insurances and maintaining the office schedule.
Skills:
-Knowledge of dentrix
-Knowledge of PPO and medicaid insurances
- Math skills for handling cash transactions, calculating copays and deductibles
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Training development skills to effectively maintain flow of the office
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of insurances.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
