We are seeking an exceptional Dental Practice Manager with a great attitude and work ethic.
As my Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall achievement of production and collection
targets as well as ensure fundamental systems and protocols are in place within the office, allowing me to
focus on dentistry. You will be assuming a leadership role in motivating office team members and
proactively seeking ways to improve the dental practice. You will assist dental team development, build
positive relationships with the dentist and dental team members, and manage schedules to meet daily
dentistry goals. You will be responsible for managing all front and back office tasks, including daily
operations of the Dental Office, managing both employee and patient relations, performance management,
and achieving operational goals, staff productivity, achieving revenue goals by overseeing patient
scheduling and treatment planning coordination.
Location: Southbury, CT
Work days and Hours: Monday 10 am-6 pm, Tuesday 9 am-5 pm, Wednesday office is closed, Thursday 9 am-5 pm, and Friday 7:30 am - 4 pm

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Dental Office Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Dental Office and maintaining a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
1.Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the front office and administrative staff to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.
2.Patient Relations: Interact with patients to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a high level of patient satisfaction.
3.Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee the appointment scheduling process, coordinate patient flow, and optimize daily operations for efficiency.
4.Financial Management: Assist in managing billing, insurance claims, and financial transactions. Work closely with the billing department to address any discrepancies.
5.Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
6.Training and Development: Train new staff members and provide ongoing education to enhance team performance and ensure adherence to protocols.
7.Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise in the daily operation of the Dental Office, working collaboratively with the Office Manager and clinical staff.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in a Dental Office management or assistant management role.
•Strong leadership and communication skills.
•Proficient in dental software (Eaglesoft) and office management systems.
•Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
•Customer service-oriented with a focus on patient satisfaction.
