We are seeking a Hygiene Coordinator who is committed to providing excellent customer service to our patients. We are a family and cosmetic dental office with multigeneration of patients. Looking for someone to welcome patients to the office and to get to know them. We take pride in treating our patients and working with them to achieve their dental concerns.
Our Hygiene Coordinator will be focusing on scheduling appointments, greeting patients when they first enter the office, answering phone calls, making outgoing confirmation calls and filling the hygiene schedule. Other aspects to include processing new patient paperwork, insurance verification, and collecting payments.
This position will work alongside the office manager/treatment coordinator. Goal of position will to be move to Office Manager over the next 3-5 years.
The office offers a great professional work environment with a supportive team. We are looking for someone upbeat and personable to join our team. Previous dental experience is preferred. Office uses Eaglesoft Practice Software but am willing to train.
