Our exceptionally busy, privately owned dental office in North Huntingdon is looking for a full-time Front Office Specialist. We have served the community for over 12 years and strive to treat our patients like family. You would be:

Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients
• Answer phones/return calls
• Set patient appointments
• Create and maintain efficient schedules
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure an enjoyable and efficient experience for the patient
• Update patient contact information
• Verify insurances
• Process claims
• Submit authorizations for insurance approval

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong organizational skills (a must)
• Strong interpersonal skills with patients and team members
• Effectively prioritize and multitask
• Attention to detail
• Proficient using phone systems, computers, and dental software
• Front office experience preferred, but not necessary
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred
