Rheumatology Associates of Delmarva is a busy medical office with offices in Easton and Salisbury, MD.

Responsibilities:
- Immunotherapy and routine medication benefit investigations and authorizations for multiple provider office
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in benefit regulations to ensure compliance
Requirements:
-Strong computer skills
- Proven experience as a Benefit Specialist or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate with insurance providers
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for data collection
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations is a plus
