SalaryOur busy, fast paced Westerville dental office is currently seeking an insurance specialist and front office coordinator to join our team. You will be submitting dental insurance claims, dealing with outstanding claims, running statements and billing, dealing with any billing or insurance questions from our patients, verifying insurance benefits, writing appeals to insurance companies, working with Eaglesoft dental software and Microsoft Word, along with many other responsibilities. Must have a great knowledge of dental terminology. A friendly and assertive staff member is imperative! Our ideal candidate will be expected to must be able to multitask and be very detailed in their work. Will need to have solid computer skill set and have 2+ years of dental insurance /billing experience. Our hours are Monday 8-5, Tuesday 10-6pm, Wed 8-4, Thursday 8-2pm We average about 32 hours per week. Great benefit package offered.
