SalaryAdvanced Dental Care of Streetsboro is seeking an Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our patient-focused team and provide top-notch care to our patients and the community! We are looking for the perfect person to provide a spectacular “first impression” of our office and make a meaningful connection with our patients to ensure they have the best possible experience from the start. The ideal candidate for this position would have prior Dental Front Office experience but we are willing to train candidates who are open, flexible, and positive, and willing to learn as they go!
Monday - Friday hours with no late evenings or weekends!
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones, patient communication, scheduling appointments, patient records.
- Communication with insurance companies
- Collecting payments from patients
- Treatment Planning & Financial Arrangements with patients
Job Requirements:
- Prior Dental Front Office Experience Preferred
- Dentrix Experience Preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Friendly, positive demeanor with patients and team members
