SalaryWe are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! Dental front desk experience is not required but definitely ideal. The position requires greeting and assisting customers, answering phones and offering information. Our Front Desk Receptionist must have a friendly, outgoing personality and be capable of handling stressful situations with tact and grace. The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent customer service skills, an attention to detail and the ability to multitask. We are a fast paced office with multiple front staff members who work together as a team for a smooth work day, everyday!
Responsibilities:
- scheduling patient appointments .
- Answer phone calls and emails from patients, vendors, etc.
- obtain correct insurance information for new patient appointments
- verify dental insurance eligibility
- learn software for digital information collection obtained on iPads.
- Answer telephones in a polite and helpful manner.
- Handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Respond to emails, letters, and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Open communication with office mamanfee and doctors on site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
