Dental Front Office Assistant

Dental Office Experience is plus, not required. Can train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills, perform duties with accuracy and attention to detail, reliable work ethic, a team player and always have a positive attitude.

Job Duties include but not limited to:

• Greeting and checking in patients
• Schedule Appointments/Confirm appointment times
• Answering calls/ Check voice mail messages
• Pull charts for the next business day/File Back Charts
