SalaryOur office, Santa Cruz Dental Group, is growing and we are looking a high-level customer service front desk to support our office manager. Bilingual in Spanish a must! We are looking for candidate who is interested in long term opportunities with our dental office!
The duties include:
- Answering the phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking in and checking out patients
- Appointment reminder calls
- Checking the fax and e-mail
- Making sure New Patients have filled out the new patient paperwork
- Supporting Office Manager in special administrative projects
Qualifications:
- Prior Dental Front Office experience required
- Prior receptionist or Front Office experience required
- Highly effective verbal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professionalism in all aspects of job
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
