Dental Assistant/Front Office Receptionist

This is a temporary position (est 03/25-06/25) to cover staff on maternity leave.

• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday
• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Wednesday

We are looking for a dental assistant or front desk receptionist.

Dental assistant Responsibilities include:

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including preparing the treatment area, sterilizing instruments, and handing instruments to the dentist
- Take dental x-rays
- Prepare and maintain dental equipment and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment

Receptionist Responsibilities include:
-Answer telephones and welcome patients
-Manage email and patient correspondence
-Schedule and confirm appointments
-Insurance verification and billing
-Collect patient co-payments and outstanding balances

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
