The Swimming Swan is hiring Seasonal Lifeguards to work at the CHS Aquatics Center in Gilroy, CA. No experience necessary!Were looking for people who love being outdoors, learning lifesaving skills, and working with a team and their community.
DETAILS
Seasonal, Part-Time
Up to 30-40 hours a week
Pool Hours: 7:45 AM - 7:15 PM, 7 days a week
- Spring: Saturday, May 25 - Sunday, June 9, 2024
- 4:30 - 7:30 PM (Weekdays)
- 12:00 - 5:00 PM (Weekends)
- Summer: Tuesday, June 11 - Sunday, August 18, 2024 (Closed Mondays)
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Weekends: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Fall: Saturday, August 24 - Sunday, September 1
- 12:00 - 5:00 PM (Weekends
Pay: $18.25
BONUSES
$200 Retention Bonus - Payable following successful completion of a full season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), maintaining 24 hours minimum per week, with 3 or less callout the whole season.
$100 Employee Referral Bonus - Payable for each referral following successful completion of 60 days of employment.
We offer 50% reimbursement on all certification courses for new hires following successful completion of a full summer season.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ages 15+

Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills test
Ability to pass a swim and in-water skills test when applicable
All applicants are subject to background screenings and (when applicable) drug testing
Strong customer service background preferred
