A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DENTAL FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE
As a Dental Front Desk Associate, you play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our dentistry practice. Every day, you perform a variety of tasks that help keep our office running smoothly. With a cheerful attitude, you greet patients when they call or visit our practice, answering all their questions and scheduling appointments. You also stay on top of administrative matters by updating and maintaining patient files and insurance information. You feel great about how your contributions ensure our patients receive the best possible care!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Some professional customer service experience
- Ability to maintain a calendar and efficiently schedule appointments
- Strong communication skills
