Dental Front Desk Agent

Palms West Periodontal is a private surgical dental office in Royal Palm Beach, FL. looking for a dynamic person to efficiently and smoothly run the day-to-day operations. We are professional and customer-centric, and our goal is to maintain the highest level of patient care while working in a rewarding and collaborative environment. This position is for part-time, 2 days a week. Our ideal candidate will have training as a certified dental assistant if we need an extra hand occasionally in the clinical area.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments

- Filing insurance

- Process payments and maintain accurate records

- Provide exceptional patient service

- Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area

- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

-Assist in the clinical area occasionally

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Dental Front Desk position is required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
