Form of workWe are searching for someone energetic, patient focused and detail oriented to add to our Front Office. Must exhibit patience, problem-solving skills, be a clear communicator and enjoy working as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have dental experience. This position is 4 days a week.
Key tasks:
The tasks listed are representative, but not all inclusive of the knowledge, skill and/ or ability required.
- Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling and confirming appointments
- Ability to schedule appropriately
- Entering patient information into the Dental Office system
- Insurance breakdowns/ verification- creating coverage books and notes
- Collect and post payments including credit card transactions
- Electronically submit/ prepare insurance claims, work claims aging, send statements
- Present treatment plans
- Experience with Eaglesoft preferred
