We are a rapidly expanding dental office looking for a scheduling coordinator to join our team.

Job Requirements at the desk will Include;

• Verify Insurances, Pt out of pocket after insurance, collections from Patients
• Knowledge of Current CDT coding and dental terminology to determine correct payment for out of network services
• Ability to write and send professional emails and texts
• Insurance verifications for dental and medical plans(botox and sleep Apnea)
• Scheduling New Patients and existing patients
• Calling patients and scheduling treatment plans and hygiene appointments
• Managing the daily schedule
• Scheduling patients next visits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
