Dental Front Desk

We are looking for an energetic Dental Front Desk Receptionist to serve as our patients' first point of contact. Experience with dental software is required. We want our patients to have a wonderful experience from start to finish and the front office team members play a key roll in making that happen. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the dental industry, we’d like to meet you. Immediate opening. Pay is dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and email communications
• Book appointments and maintain schedule
• Perform check-in and check-out tasks
• Verify insurance benefits and create treatment plan estimates
• Collect patient co-pays
• Keep front office clean and tidy, among other miscellanious tasks

Skills

• Bilingual - Spanish (required)
• 2 years work experience as a Dental Front Desk Receptionist (required)
• Thorough understanding of dental insurance benefits
• Customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Open Dental Practice Management Software (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
