Dental Assistant / Office Assistant

We at Rasmussen Family Dentistry are looking to hire a new member of our team. The position is available immediately for the right individual.
Primary job duties include chairside dental assisting, front desk / reception, along with many other things to help our office run optimally.

You’ll help ensure excellent customer service, be integral member of dental team and help make the office more efficient and pleasant for patients.

( specifics are flexible and tailored based upon experience, aptitudes and desires )

Previous dental experience would be very helpful but not absolutely required.

Requirements:

- honest, hardworking, reliable individual who desires to be part of our team in serving our patients, delivering high quality dental care, and desire to contribute to a healthy enjoyable work environment.

- experience in dental field or strong desire and ability to learn

- communication / ability to interact positively and professionally with patients of all ages.

- openness to work chairside clinical dentistry, administrative / clerical duties, and housekeeping, etc.

- well-organized with great attention to detail, able to follow instructions and learn and respect dental office regulations. Basic computer proficiency required.

- Most important is sincere caring for our patients and desire to contribute your best.

This is a flexible part time position. Part-time hours available immediately, closer to fulltime hours likely available in the near future. ( one of our assistants is likely going to hygiene school towards end of summer )
