Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Demand Generation Manager II to join our Client's team.
JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Demand Gen Project Manager will work closely with the Demand Generation team to project manage various large cross-functional projects acting as the POC for various teams and providing status updates on progress, sourcing materials, and driving alignment on workload and timing of deliverables.
What you will be working on:
- End-to-end project management of cross-functional teams. Either acting as the liaison between other teams and Demand Gen or helping manage various milestones across other internal teams. This includes running regular SCRUM meetings with demand gen to track team progress, capacity and resource allocations. Escalating project hurdles to leadership as appropriate.
- Build a rhythm of the business: Create a clear cadence of Quarterly reports, communications, team training, and bi-annual planning cycles.
- Create visual ways to share with our stakeholders the current progress of our various initiatives.
- Develop and own clear communications on decisions made, next steps, and statuses of progress to internal working groups and leadership stakeholders.
- Organize our PO creation process and gather invoices from our vendors.
What we look for:
- 5+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years experience in a high-growth Start Up.
- Expert in project management with experience supporting projects end-to-end with 15+ stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
- Strong organization, communication, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
- Strong growth mindset, having an open mind to new ideas and growth opportunities.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have
- Expert in project management with experience supporting projects end-to-end with 15+ stakeholders.
Nice To Have
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana.
