Product Manager - Demand Generation

We are looking for a world-class Product Manager who has the right mix of technical, communication and business skills to lead and deliver strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Your responsibilities will include:* Lead the development, launch and evolution of business systems aimed at supporting sales finance teams in the Demand Generation space* Collaborate closely with sales, sales finance and business development teams to understand business needs and integrate these insights into product development* Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, including market research, product strategy, road mapping, feature definition, and go-live strategy* Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to continually innovate and improve the product* Evangelize the product vision within the department and cross-functional teams to achieve product objectives* Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams, building long lasting relationships with both parties* Collaborate with DSI program management to communicate project status, resolve issues, align with department standards and ensure that high quality products are delivered on time* Analyze and research business data to propose and design solutions in collaboration with Architects, Engineers, Product Designer and Business Partner(s)* Ability to work in an agile team with a ‘hands-on’ approach* Opportunity to lead and mentor a team of Product Managers
