About the Opportunity
This position will have responsibility to provide executive support to C-level executives and their support staff. The successful candidate will assist in the day to day operations of the executive staff in the Akron General Office and West Akron Campus.

Qualifications:
Bachelor or Associates Degree in IT related major or related field, or related work experience
Minimum of 2 years related-level experience, which includes but is not limited to:
Direct End User Support
Experience supporting an executive staff
Self-starter who is detail-oriented, motivated, focused, and hard-working
Good communication skills, collaborative
Customer-service focused
Preferred Knowledge:
Strong foundational knowledge of enterprise PC support processes and conference room audio/visual equipment to effectively troubleshoot
Foundational knowledge and prior work experience with enterprise deployment systems such as Microsoft SCCM/Intune
Ability to learn new concepts in information technology, learn the characteristics of new systems, and update skills to adapt to changing technology
Ability to evaluate complex systems to define areas for improvement
Familiarity with working in an IT department with partial outsourcing, a plus but not required
Superior written and verbal communication skills with capability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience
