Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of deli products such as sandwiches, salads, and hot food items
- Assist customers in selecting deli items and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate the Aloha POS system to accurately process customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including food preparation surfaces, equipment, and display cases
- Monitor inventory levels and restock deli products as needed
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the freshness and quality of all deli items
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, health, and cleanliness

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or the food industry is preferred
- Basic culinary knowledge is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is an advantage
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
