Customer Service Title Clerk

Exact Staff's client located in Northeast, MD, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Customer Service Title Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent Customer Service skills, strong computer proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position will involve primarily sedentary work with minimal physical efforts, focusing on customer interactions, administrative tasks, and title processing.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (with flexibility for extended hours) Occasional weekend work as required before events
• Salary: $19/hour

Responsibilities:

· Answering phones and providing exceptional Customer Service to all inquiries

· Assisting customers at the counter with inquiries and transactions

· Processing title paperwork accurately and efficiently

· Performing various administrative tasks as assigned

· Collaborating effectively with customers and different teams within the organization

· Maintaining a friendly and outgoing demeanor while representing the company

· Working effectively in a team environment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction

Requirements:

· Strong commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service

· Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite

· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

· Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
