Adecco is assisting a printing company in recruiting for current Scanning Associates opening in Hanover , MD. This is for a contract-to-hire opportunity . As a Scanning Associate, you will be responsible for scanning paper documents into a digital format. Your primary duties include ensuring these documents are legible by adjusting the scanning equipment and managing and storing these new files on the computer system. Responsibilities for this Scanning Associate include, but are not limited to:
· Prep diaries for scanning.
· Must be able to process a tray to a tray in half an hour.
· Must have good attention to detail and be able to perform repetitive tasks.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years minimum work experience.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Must have great attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Perfect attendance is a MUST!
· Candidates must have their own and reliable transportation.
Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
