Form of workFrozen Food Express is looking for a Dedicated Fleet Manager for our Lancaster, TX location.

Responsibilities:
- Monday – Friday 7 am to 4 pm
- On call nights and weekends
- Provide scheduling for drivers in the dedicated fleet
- Manage on time deliveries and rescheduling as needed
- Primary communication liaison with driver fleet & major contracted customers
- May assist with driver payroll and vacation scheduling within their assigned fleet
- Provided billing assistance for dedicated accounts acting as a point of central collection for pertinent documents. Documents may include BOL’s, driver logs, trip sheets, washout and temperature records as required by the customer
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications/Skills:
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.
- AS400 experience
- Minimum 3 years of trucking dispatch experience
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct
- Must be able to interact well with others
- Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting.
