What You’ll Do
- Responsible for driving cost and process optimization projects within Sales, Service and Delivery teams in support of commercial customers
- Actively partner with Fleet Sales to develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of commercial maintenance and repair in North America
- Manage the forward-looking operations and customer experience standards by working with other departments. Facilitating partner meetings regularly and effectively with Service, Collision, Sales and others.
- Build and maintain program roadmap to expand commercial access to body repair and maintenance
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Tesla’s internal tools and processes.
- Actively collaborate with Service and Collision teams to build specific guardrails to ensure a positive customer experience. Continuously improve and provide feedback of processes and procedures to reduce operational friction
- Propose new tools or solutions that would enable growth and efficiency of the business. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates of program growth and financial analysis. Sustain high level of accountability and help build a program geared towards growth
- Strong ability to problem solve with customer-first solutions. Ready to support any new project that will provide cost saving benefits
- Experience Lead business cases and thorough analysis ahead of any new project. Experience with Tableau, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to address conflict and strengthen connections between commercial customers, internal service and external maintenance partners
- Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail
- Team player, willing to ask for help and provide assistance to those on their team and outside of their team. Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a well-respected, trusted partner that others want to work with
- Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Ability to communicate relevant information to all levels of the organization. Driven and passionate about Tesla’s mission. Excellent and direct communication skills, both oral and written
