SalaryStar Distribution Systems is a 3rd Party Logistics operation that warehouses products for large companies. This Customer Service Representative (CSR) position is a liaison between our warehouse supervisor and one or more of our customers. The CSR supports the warehouse staff by processing orders in the system, running reports, answering questions from the customer by phone or email, and other duties as required.
The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour and we offer a benefit package that includes health/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation, paid sick days, and a Roth IRA retirement plan.
The schedule is Monday through Friday.
