As the Dealer Channel Customer Service Representative, you will play a foundational part of our company’s success. You are at the intersection of our nationwide base of dealers and our internal dealer and manufacturing team. Your Responsibilities as Dealer Channel Customer Service Representative
You’ll be responsible for working directly with our dealers, via both in-bound and out-bound customer calls and emails advising them as to the status of their orders. You will also be working directly with our internal manufacturing teams to coordinate the weekly job production schedule. More details about the responsibilities are:
- Works directly under the supervision of the Director of Dealer Sales
- With in-bound customer calls and emails, your focus is on getting a quick assessment of the extent and urgency of the customer’s issue and then addressing their needs after consulting with internal Dealer and manufacturing teams. The phone does not ring off the hook all day long, but you can anticipate your days to be full.
- Reviewing daily orders placed in our on-line customer portal. Working with our internal purchasing team to ensure materials will be on-hand to meet customer expectations for delivery dates.
- Reviewing daily shipments to fulfill customer orders.
- Working daily with the Dealer team and manufacturing team to plan the weekly job schedule. You will need to be flexible and yet assertive to ensure customer needs are met.
- Interacting directly with Customers to fulfill orders and address specific needs.
- Attending sales and production meetings.
- Creating marketing materials and product samples.
- Become an advanced user on our proprietary online ordering system.
- Become an advanced user with our products and associated technology to support customer inquiries.
- Assist in product testing and quality control process prior to shipping when needed.
- Assist in preparing and packaging orders when needed.

Pay Details are as follows:
$20 to $24 per hour depending on experience.
Our hourly employees are eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements – What We are Looking For
- Someone who works well independently as well as with direction.
- Experience in the window shade industry a plus.
- Experience working for a fast-paced manufacturer a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing and appreciates excellent Customer Service as a goal.
- Familiar with HubSpot CRM and the Asana Work Management platform.
- Technical aptitude and experienced Windows platform user.
- Familiar with a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Familiar with shipping and logistics.
- Comfortable prioritizing on the fly due to changing circumstances.
- Able to pass a drug test.
