Responsibilities:

• Assist Lead Teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging interactions and positive reinforcement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the well-being and development of each child.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
