As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing educational programs for children. You will work closely with a team of teachers and staff to ensure a safe and nurturing learning environment. Your duties will include:

- Providing guidance and support to assistant teachers
- Conducting assessments to track children's progress
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborating with parents and guardians to address any concerns or questions
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, incidents, and observations

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Preschool experience: Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Tutoring: Ability to provide individualized instruction and support to students.
- Classroom management: Strong skills in maintaining discipline, managing behavior, and creating a positive learning environment.
- Special education: Knowledge of special education strategies and techniques to support students with diverse learning needs.
- Math: Proficiency in teaching math concepts at an age-appropriate level.
- Early childhood education: Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Curriculum development: Ability to design engaging and educational lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Child welfare: Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.
