The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Director for our top-rated school on Long Point Road. No nights or weekends!
Are you looking for an exciting leadership opportunity? If you’re passionate about positively impacting the lives of others in the world of early childhood education, the Center Director role may be for you.
Salary range: $45,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience, education and credentials. Quarterly bonus potential.
Daycare Director Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility.
- Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
- Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
- Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and the community.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Previous experience managing a childcare center.
- Proficient computer skills in a variety of business related programs, including Microsoft Office.
- A passion for providing high-quality care and education!
