Shifts:
- Day Shift, Monday-Friday
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the maintenance department.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Carry out inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
- Manage maintenance staff and contractors.
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
- Ensure all machinery is up to date with current health and safety standards.
- Manage relationships with clients and vendors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management is preferred.
