Position Overview: We are seeking a high-level, executive leader to help lead our Performance and Quality department into the future. Our organization is growing and evolving at a fast pace into a multi-state, multi-service behavioral health organization and it is critical that we never lose our commitment to quality as we grow. This role would oversee the entire organization’s performance and quality initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic leader. Someone who can inspire the masses to buy in to a culture of excellence. PQI can far too often be seen as just the “compliance police” and we need a leader that is going to shift that mentality. We believe compliance and quality are two different things, and we believe in the best organizations that compliance is downstream from a culture of quality. We want to be the best at what we do because our kids and families deserve that…we need a true leader in this role to accomplish that. This leader should be fast, nimble, a quick study, and have great attention to detail but doesn’t get so lost in the weeds that they become immobile.
Responsibilities:
- Policy & Procedure Development
- Joint Commission Accreditation
- Liasson with external stakeholders & regulator bodies
- Provide insight and strategy for new programs and opportunities
- Oversee our data collection, analysis and action strategy
- Lead organization-wide quality improvement initiatives
- Help cultivate an agency-wide culture of data, quality, excellence and youth-centered care
- Create structures for youth, family & stakeholder feedback loops that constantly help us improve
- Stay up to date on best practices in our space and ensure New Hope is always on the cutting edge of what excellent care looks like

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field, Masters strongly preferred
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in this field
- Previous experience with Joint Commission or other like accrediting bodies
- Exceptional writing, communication and data analytic skills
- Experience with electronic health records and electronic data systems
