Residential Services Inc. is eagerly hiring dedicated, compassionate, and responsible part-time and full-time Direct Support Professionals to work in our Life Options Vocational Day Program in Orange County providing support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This job is entry level and a great way to gain hands on experience in the fields of health care, psychology, OT/PT, social work and human services!

Do you enjoy caring for others? This job is a great way to use your degree in Psychology, Social Work, or other human services fields to gain clinical, health care and human services experience! We provide training and even pay employees to sleep!

- Supervise and assist with resident employment
- Help residents develop work skills or continue their education
- Assist residents with fitness activities
- Support residents as they engage in community volunteer activities
