Lead Wedding Coordinator

Petal Weddings is looking for 1-2 Lead Wedding Coordinators to join our Miami, FL team. We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Wedding Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that every wedding event is executed flawlessly. We are seeking true team players, someone that is willing to grow and learn in the industry, and has a positive outlook of the wedding industry!

Responsibilities:

-Be the point person on the wedding day

-Manage and lead the event team

-Manage and oversee the wedding rehearsals with the wedding party

-Manage timeline and flow of events on wedding day
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the wedding

- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, vendors, entertainment and load in
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the event

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in wedding planning or events management is required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices and trends
- Proficiency in using event planning software or tools is an advantage

Compensation:

- $20.00-$25.00/hr.

- Phone/Zoom screen + final in-person interview with the owner
