DQC is responsible for supporting customer satisfaction by handling customer feedback and related requests.
Additionally, the DQC will be responsible for the entry, normalization, and maintenance of data related to the
Quality Management System.
● Performing data entry and research on customer feedback tracked within the Quality Management System
● Creating and/or following relevant procedures/rules to maintain clean, standardized data entries
● Performing regular audits to ensure data integrity
● Assisting with designing and distributing reports to relevant internal and external stakeholders
● Collaborating with customers, internal/external managers to confirm details and provide info
● Providing recommendations for enhancing the Data Quality and efficiency of the customer feedback system
● Perform basic clerical duties (copying, filing, sorting and stuffing, counts and/or sorts documents)
● Operate and maintain various business machines (copiers, printers, etc.)
● Maintain records and process files for record retention
● Confirm shipments in computer system, answer phones, interact with internal and external customers,
reconcile inventory
● Overtime may be required and additional tasks may be required based on operational needs
● Prior experience working in quality or inventory, preferably in a warehouse setting
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
● High school diploma or equivalency certificate required
● Basic knowledge of clerical methods and office practices and procedures required
● Professional written and verbal communication skills required
● Close attention to detail required
