Data Product Manager, HR

The Data Product Manager, HR will lead the development of tools and processes to support and enable HR data for the enterprise including creating a product roadmap, backlog, drive data governance and ensure high quality, secure and compliant data. Through close collaboration with business stakeholders, data scientists, data wranglers, data engineers, delivery teams and IT & infrastructure teams, customer, dealer and business value will be generated by providing high quality, reliable data throughout the life cycle of data. This role will deliver on the value of data to provide both cost reduction and increased revenues, enabling AGCO to better serve those feeding the world. Furthermore, this position creates and maintains the technical and data strategy HR data.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop Data Product visions that meet expectations of the regional and global stakeholders based onthe appropriate technology as defined, new digital business models as well as end-to-end datacapture across the customer, dealer, and product journey.
  • Co-lead Data Governance with the Data Owner from the business to lead a team to make and execute critical decisions related for your data domain related to quality, security, functionality, data flows, lineage, standards, validation and more.
  • Manage the long-term Data Product global roadmap, involving HR and other stakeholder groups.
  • Implement global Data Product strategies in order to achieve short term performance vs. budget and long-term strategic goals based on agreed global or regional value streams and epics.
  • Own prioritization of Data Product backlog to be continually aligned to business value.
  • Communicate the Data Product roadmap and product vision to all stakeholders and troubleshoot problems, identifies possible solutions and resolves accordingly.

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • 5+ years as a Project, Program or Product Management with experience leading global initiatives.
  • 3+ years Global experience driving enterprise level change management cross functionally.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
  • Effective working relationship with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured agreed, accepted, and implemented.
  • Experience in working with HR data (e.g. employee life cycle) and related systems (e.g. SAP Success Factors Employee Central)

 

Travel:

Less than 25%
