As a strategic partner to our executive leadership, you will help establish the culture and rhythm of our engineering department. Building relationships, accelerating product development, and achieving predictability are key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Dynamic Data Structures: Spearhead the development of dynamic data structures that underpin our platform's architecture, ensuring adaptability and flexibility for data integration across various applications. Innovate in data structuring to meet diverse client needs effectively.
- Implement User-Friendly Data Transformation Tools: Take the lead in implementing cutting-edge data transformation tools that prioritize user-friendliness, making complex data processes accessible and efficient for all users.
- Standardize Data Communication Protocols: Drive the standardization of data communication protocols to enable seamless interactions between different systems. Overcome interoperability challenges to enhance system-to-system connections.
- Enhance Data Accessibility and Actionability: Champion the mission to make data more accessible and actionable, contributing directly to improved health outcomes and more efficient public health operations.
- Expand Addressable Market: Orchestrate data journeys to ensure Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrability, supporting county and state requirements, and expanding our market reach.
- Inspire Platform Development: Inspire and lead the development of our platform, empowering users to create enterprise-grade software that significantly improves health outcomes in communities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, across both platform and client teams, to align our product vision with market needs, organizational objectives, and client success.
- Full Product Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the full product lifecycle, balancing innovation with user-centric design and operational excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or engineering
- Data Transformation Expertise: Deep understanding of data transformation, orchestration, and integration with external data systems.
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Exceptional Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential.
Preferred Skills:
- Health Technology Experience: Prior experience in public and behavioral health technology is a plus.

Base Salary: $150,000-180,000
Total compensation package also includes performance bonus and stock options. The actual base pay can vary depending on various other factors and may be subject to change.
