Overview

Helios Defense Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated, qualified Data Functional Analyst immediately on a contract basis to develop a curriculum and instruct basic and advanced data science courses in support of the U.S. Army Signal School at Ft. Eisenhower, GA.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop data-related training support packages in the form of lesson plans, presentations, and practical exercises to support the Data Literacy and Data Engineers Foundation Courses.
• Instruct data-related courses and evaluate student performances using TRADOC-approved Instructional methodology.
• Provide educational materials to include syllabi, homework, quizzes, and exams to support classroom instruction.
• Review all applicable student study materials, written tests, performance tests, training aids, class advance sheets, manuscripts, books, and digital training materials and recommend changes and receive approval from the Course Manager prior to implementation.
• Provide feedback in the development and creation of training materials and lessons required to teach the approved tasks, conditions, and standards for the Data Functional courses.
• Provide recommended adjustments to the POIs to the appropriate Course Manager/COR as often as required.

Pay Range:

The salary for this position is not 100% guaranteed. Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must possess a minimum of interim SECRET clearance.
• Master’s Degree in a STEM-related field.
• Possess or be able to obtain within 90 days Common Faculty Developer-Instructor Course (CFD-IC) certification.
• Poses AWS, Microsoft, or CompTIA data certifications at the associate level or higher.
• Five or more years of operational experience conducting data management.

Preferred Quantifications

• Instructor experience
• Curriculum Development experience
