Pharmaganics LLC is a growing Dietary Supplement company based in Minnesota - Our products can be found chain-wide in Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Kroger. We also sell direct to consumer via our website and on Amazon. We are looking for a self starter with strong focus and attention to detail. Someone who is an eager learn and is comfortable with an evolving role in a growing company.
Main responsibilities include:
-Data Entry:
- Light Bookkeeping
- AP/AR
- Cash Receipts
- Inventory management
- Sales tax filings for multiple states
- Order processing (retail)
- EDI order processing
-Customer service phone calls/order processing (DTC)
-Coordination with the warehouse
***Previous experience in Data Entry/Bookkeeping is preferred and Quickbooks Dektop/Enterprise experience is huge bonus!!
We're looking for someone who is willing to learn and take on increased responsibilities as they grow with the company.
As we are a fast growing company, this is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated, hard working and wants to be apart of something special at an early stage. We have a family owned/small company feel - this is NOT a position for someone looking to be in a highly corporate, micro management environment.
We're a company of 10 people.
The role is in person, 5 days a week.
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00PM

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
