We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service and accurately entering data into our systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong administrative skills.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Accurately enter customer information, and other data into our database
- Assist with general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while entering data
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or data entry role is preferred
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
