Data Entry Specialist

YOUR MISSION

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Entering financial data into computer

• Communicating with the company’s vendors.

• Communicating with PostcardMania’s Delivery Division to ensure accuracy.

• Entering postage paperwork into the system, making sure there are no errors.

WORK HOURS

• Full-time in-office position

• Monday - Friday from 9-6 pm with an hour lunch

COMPENSATION

• Pay is $15 per hour to start

REQUIRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be very organized and excellent at keeping track of tasks and projects

• Must be familiar with Outlook Excel and Word

• Must be able to type at least 40 wpm

• Must be able to work fast during peak periods

• Ability to learn new activities very swiftly

• Attention to details

• Must be able to keep composure if there’s a tight deadline or pressure

• Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed.
