Responsibilities:
- Entering data into computer systems or databases, ensuring that the data is accurate and up-to-date
- Verifying data by comparing it to source documents, detecting errors, and correcting them
- Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Creating and maintaining accurate and complete electronic records and files
- Responding to requests for information and access to relevant files
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding Data Entry and management
- Performing other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
