Form of workPosition Summary:?Data Entry Specialist will update and maintain the company databases by collecting and entering data from various sources.
Duties and Responsibilities:?
- Maintain database by entering new and updated information
- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Review source documents for accuracy or deficiencies
- Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
- Identify and resolve any duplicated or incorrect data
- Entry of W-9 and ACH information into databases
- Scan and store documents as needed
- Assist team with running ad hoc reports

Education and Work Experience:?
- College degree preferred
- Analytical, critical thinker
- Previous experience entering and analyzing data
- Highly detail oriented

Hours Required?Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
