Local Ag company is seeking a Heavy Volume Invoice Processor. Will be responsible for the processing of up to 500 or more invoices per week.
On an average week, the duties of the job would be inputting, confirm product received, invoicing and keep an ongoing Excel spreadsheet up to date with all the information.
This person must have at least 9,000-10,000 keystrokes per hour on ten key by touch. MS Excel skills must be very strong and not entry level. Looking for a person that has no problem working in a team
environment and working at a fast pace all day long. Must be able to work 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Being detail oriented is a must as well as accurate and able to meet deadlines. This is a temp to hire role.
