Data Entry Operator - Remote/Office

Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into our company database accurately and efficiently
• Verify accuracy of data and make necessary corrections or adjustments as needed
• Ensure compliance with Data Entry policies and procedures
• Generate and distribute reports based on entered data
• Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth flow of information
• Assist with data clean-up and maintenance activities as required

Requirements:

• Excellent typing and Data Entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using Data Entry systems and software
• Familiarity with Data Entry procedures and best practices
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• High School diploma or equivalent required
