Cozi provides the tools to manage schedules and activities, track grocery shopping and to do lists, plan meals and store recipes, organize household chores, and keep family memories. Together, the platforms provide a holistic set of solutions for all different types of families.

OurFamilyWizard recently received a private investment round from Spectrum Equity, putting us in the same neighborhood as companies such as Grubhub, Ancestry.com, and Headspace. We are looking for passionate team members to join us in accelerating our growth to the next level by reaching the millions of parents and professionals who can benefit from family technology solutions.

As a Data Entry Intern, you will support a variety of functions throughout the organization and will be exposed to data, marketing, IT, and leadership teams via a variety of weekly tasks. You will be responsible for reviewing data on a variety of platforms and entering it into our Customer Relationship Management System. You are comfortable and excel at handling tasks with the highest degree of courtesy, professionalism, and expediency. This position requires a high attention to detail as you are responsible for accuracy of documentation critical to our marketing functions.

Schedule: 25 hours per week. OFW core business hours are 7am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.

Requirements:

• High level of web proficiency, strong computer skills.
• Demonstrated verbal and written grammatical proficiencies. Effective communicator.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable in Windows, OS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Critical thinker, ability to break down and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Enjoys teamwork and takes ownership of tasks.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of the Family Law industry.
• Basic database design skills.
