• Conduct the purging of old records based on provided pick lists.
• Cross-reference patient information on paper charts to determine compliance with retention guidelines.
• Identify records eligible for shredding, and place charts in designated bins.
• Input data with precision and attention to detail in Excel.

Skills:

• Experience in data entry is a must!
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to adhere to guidelines and protocols for medical record retention.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
