SalaryWithin this role you will have multitude of responsibilites within the office. Spring to fall is considered our busy season, where you will need to be fluid in assisting our company and office staff. It does demand the need for personnel who is organized, self motivated, task oriented and takes direction well from management.
Daily tasks are listed as follows:
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for upper management
- Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Prior experience needed and preferred:
Minimum two years in professional office
Keyboard skills
Customer relations
Data Entry
Must be open to learning and working within our process
Fast learner
Self managed
High degree of accuracy
