We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our shipping team to help with Data Entry. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems. This is a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into databases and systems with speed and accuracy
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any discrepancies in Data Entry
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills:
- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with databases and Data Entry for Apple/PC systems are a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
- Basic math skills for data verification purposes
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Strong organizational and time management skills
